“Ευχαριστούμε που διάλεξες εμάς για γονείς μικρούλι μωράκι”

Αυτό είναι το πρώτο χαμόγελο του μωρού μου, γράφει η γνωστή τραγουδίστρια Νatasha Βedingfield. Πριν από λίγες μέρες έφερε στον κόσμο ένα γλυκό αγοράκι και από τότε έχει αλλάξει η ζωή της.

Still can’t believe this little soul was inside me all that time . He arrived a little early and the labour was long . But he is totally at the right time and as we get to know him I can’t imagine what it was like before him. Truthfully I found pregnancy itself super hard. Was feeling pretty sick most of the time. Also healing up from childbirth is very intense and adjusting to his rhythms is an emotional roller coaster. At the same time as being still in pain from the birth and tired, I am too excited to sleep. Learning to meet all the needs of a new person and trying to balance that with my own needs is tough and have found my self in tears a few times over the last 11 days. I’m trying to practice the principals of yoga – to take each challenge a breath at a time- it really helps . Thanks for all the well wishes and prayers . It’s means so much to me that you are so happy with me. A freshly burning little light in the world is a very beautiful thing . I’m full of love, respect and awe and I am deeply touched by the many the messages filled with these similar feelings from you all.
